Important Details

• Value-Driven Content: Lead magnet submissions must provide value to our audience, not be solely promotional and be appropriate for title industry professionals. Events must be appropriate for title industry professionals.
• Frequency: Your content will be shared a minimum of once per week for the number of weeks purchased. Type/channel of promotion will vary.
• Timely Submission: It is your responsibility to ensure content is submitted on time. Late submissions may delay publication. We will not follow up or remind you to submit your content. Early submissions are welcome. (See below for deadlines.)
• Publish Date: The weekly newsletter comes out every Sunday at 9am excepting for the Sunday following Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. The content submission process will allow you to request a specific newsletter publication date as the start of your campaign or leave it up to us. Every effort will be made to accommodate time sensitive content shares.
• Right to reject: We reserve the right to reject any piece of content we deem inappropriate for our audience. Broad guideline, your content should meet 3 key criteria
  • Must be informational content that offers value, not just a sales pitch.
  • Must be of high quality.
  • Must be geared toward a target audience of title industry professionals.
  • Feel free to contact us in advance, if you are unsure if your content will meet our requirements.
• Refund: Purchases are non-refundable.
  • Low Quality Rejection: Content rejected for low quality will be eligible to be resubmitted after revision.
  • Sole Exception: While purchases are non-refundable, the sole exception to this, is should we deem your overall company, product or service inappropriate for our audience, we will issue a full refund for any portion of your purchase that has not been delivered.
• Cancelation: Customer initiated cancelations are non-refundable but we will do our best to pull your content from our publishing calendar. To cancel an order, notification must be received no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled publication. Cancelations inside that time frame cannot be guaranteed.
• Reschedule: Limited requests to reschedule content publication will be honored to the best of our ability if they are received no later than 48 hours prior to publication date. Abuse of this feature will result in denial.
• Indemnity & Liability: All advertising must be approved by the publisher.
  • Publisher reserves the right to refuse any ad for any reason.
  • Advertisers and their agencies will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless from any claim and all loss, expense or liability arising out of the publication of any advertising copy.
  • The liability of the publisher for any error or omission or delay for which it may be held generally responsible, shall in no event exceed the cost of the space paid for and occupied by such individual.

Submission Guidelines

• Image types: .PNG or .JPG
• Dimensions: 
  • Social Media Graphic: 500px x 500px (or graphics sized according to specific platform dimensions)
  • Newsletter Ad: 900px x 200px
• Resolution: 300dpi
• Video: If sharing video it must be hosted either on your website or YouTube. You provide us with a link to the video, not the video file itself.
• Audio: If sharing audio such as a podcast, it must be hosted on your platform. You provide us with a link to the audio, not the audio file itself.
• Deadline: You content submission must be provided to the Wicked Title Forum, via our content submission form, no later than 5pmEST on the Monday before the Sunday newsletter issue that will kick off your campaign. (Early submissions are welcome.)
