⚠️Important Details

• Recurring Subscription: This is a recurring subscription service. You will be charged automatically at the end of your subscription period unless you cancel.
• Publish Dates:
  • Title Underground: The weekly newsletter comes out every Sunday at 9am excepting for the Sunday following Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
  • Title Archive: We generally release 1 article per week on Wednesdays at 9am, however this is not guaranteed. Sometimes there is less, sometimes there are bonus articles.
• Start Date: Your sponsorship service will begin within 7 days after we've received your payment and an email with your company name, hyperlink and one-liner. It will continue weekly (with the exceptions of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years weeks) until the duration is exhausted.
• Right to reject: We reserve the right to reject any sponsor we deem inappropriate for our audience. Broad guideline, your company should meet 2 key criteria
  • Must be of high quality and good repute.
  • Must be geared toward a target audience of title industry professionals.
  • Feel free to contact us in advance, if you are unsure if your company will meet our requirements.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Purchase is non-refundable.
    • Sole Exception: While purchases are non-refundable, the sole exception to this, is should we deem your overall company, product or service inappropriate for our audience, we will issue a full refund for any portion of your purchase that has not been delivered.
  • Cancelation:
    • You are pre-paying for an entire year.
    • You can cancel at any time or choose not to renew simply by returning to your Gumroad account and selecting cancel.
    • Customer initiated cancelations are non-refundable.
    • Cancelation will become effective the first day of the following billing period.
      • Service Continuation: We will continue to run your sponsorship listings until your pre-paid subscription period expires, unless we hear from you to discontinue service.

• We will do our best to pull your sponsorship from our publishing calendar within 48-72 hours.

• Indemnity & Liability: All advertising must be approved by the publisher.
  • Publisher reserves the right to refuse any ad for any reason.
  • Advertisers and their agencies will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless from any claim and all loss, expense or liability arising out of the publication of any advertising copy.
  • The liability of the publisher for any error or omission or delay for which it may be held generally responsible, shall in no event exceed the cost of the space paid for and occupied by such individual.
• This is an advertising service; no physical materials or digital downloads are included.
• Depending on your location, this product may be subject to VAT.
